Fitment & Sensor Notes
Fits all trims including Bronco Raptor (our optional Low Pro skid plate does not fit Raptor). Retains OEM sensors. If your Bronco has adaptive cruise control, we recommend the ABBR-01 ACC Relocation Bracket so ACC keeps working like it did from the factory. If your Bronco has the front camera, we recommend the ABBR-03 Camera Relocation Bracket to keep your full camera view, since this bumper's bull bar sits where the stock camera would otherwise see through. Skid plate compatible with minor trimming; we recommend our SPBR-07 Low Pro Skid Plate to complete the front end. Not compatible with factory fog lights or roller fairleads, use a hawse-style fairlead if running steel cable.

Fitment
This front bumper is built by DV8 Offroad for the 2021 Ford Bronco through the 2027 Ford Bronco, all trims including the Bronco Raptor. It's a bolt-on part, though the factory skid plate needs some minor trimming to clear it. It's not compatible with the factory fog lights.

Bronco owners who want a hidden winch setup, a bull bar, and front recovery points without moving to a large full-width bumper.
Design
This bumper's approach is Made to Overland, built with a hidden winch mount that keeps high clearance instead of hanging the winch out front. It's built from 3.5mm and 5mm steel, finished in a micro-texture black powder coat, with aluminum accent panels. Welded-in zip-tie tabs run along the frame for wire management.
Recovery
An included steel bull bar bolts onto the bumper for added protection, and it doubles as a mounting point for extra lighting. Two 1-inch-thick D-ring mounts, rated for 3/4-inch shackles, give proper recovery points on top of the winch mount.
Lighting Compatibility
The center of the bumper takes a 20-inch single row light bar, with a 3-inch pod light mount on each side, two total. The included bull bar adds even more capacity on top of that: a 20-inch dual row light bar underneath, or up to seven 3-inch pod lights above the bar.
Electronics
This bumper retains the factory sensors. A front camera relocation bracket and an Adaptive Cruise Control relocation bracket, both sold separately, are needed to keep those specific features working after install.
Installation
Installation is a bolt-on job, running about 4.5 hours of shop time. Questions
If I need the winch in a hurry, how quickly can I access the rope through the hidden design?
The hawse opening is forward-facing and fully accessible. You spool out exactly the same as any other winch bumper. The hidden part is that the cradle isn't visible from the front, not that the rope is harder to reach.
Does hiding the winch inside the bumper cause heat buildup in the motor after a hard pull?
Winch heat dissipates through the motor housing and drum, not the bumper face. The recessed design does not meaningfully affect the winch's cooling.
Can I still run a front license plate after this install?
Not from the factory location. You will need a license plate relocation bracket. We carry several options including a flip-up mount and a D-ring quick-release style.
Does routing synthetic rope through the hidden cradle wear the rope faster than a standard setup?
No more than any standard hawse fairlead setup. As long as you use a hawse fairlead appropriate for synthetic rope the wear profile is the same.
Do I need the ACC relocation bracket for this bumper?
Yes. The ABBR-01 ACC Relocation Bracket is required to retain adaptive cruise control. Sold separately on this site.
Will factory fog lights carry over from the factory bumper?
No. Factory fog lights are not retained with this bumper.
After install, does the front look near-stock or obviously aftermarket?
More aggressive than stock but the hidden winch means no exposed cradle or rope at the front. It reads as a clean purpose-built trail truck rather than a full competition setup.
After a salt water trail run or boat ramp, does the hidden winch area corrode faster than an exposed setup?
Powder-coated steel handles typical trail exposure well. Rinse the underside with fresh water after salt water use and inspect for paint wear periodically. The recessed position does not accumulate significantly more moisture than an exposed cradle.
