Fitment

This front bumper is built by DV8 Offroad for the 2021 Ford Bronco through the 2026 Ford Bronco, all trims including the Bronco Raptor. It's a bolt-on part, though the factory skid plate needs some minor trimming to clear it. It's not compatible with the factory fog lights.

Design

This bumper's approach is Made to Overland, built with a hidden winch mount that keeps high clearance instead of hanging the winch out front. It's built from 3.5mm and 5mm steel, finished in a micro-texture black powder coat, with aluminum accent panels. Welded-in zip-tie tabs run along the frame for wire management.

Recovery

An included steel bull bar bolts onto the bumper for added protection, and it doubles as a mounting point for extra lighting. Two 1-inch-thick D-ring mounts, rated for 3/4-inch shackles, give proper recovery points on top of the winch mount.

Lighting Compatibility

The center of the bumper takes a 20-inch single row light bar, with a 3-inch pod light mount on each side, two total. The included bull bar adds even more capacity on top of that: a 20-inch dual row light bar underneath, or up to seven 3-inch pod lights above the bar.

Electronics

This bumper retains the factory sensors. A front camera relocation bracket and an Adaptive Cruise Control relocation bracket, both sold separately, are needed to keep those specific features working after install.

Installation

Installation is a bolt-on job, running about 4.5 hours of shop time.
