40W OSRAM LED Pod Light for Bronco Ditch Mounts, Bumper Wings, and Roof Rack Corners
The DV8 Offroad Elite Series 3-Inch LED Pod Light is built for Bronco owners who want compact, high-output supplemental lighting for ditch mounts, bumper wing positions, or roof rack corners. At 40W and 4,800 lumens from OSRAM LEDs, it delivers serious output from a 3-inch housing. Bezel-less cube housing keeps the profile clean. Heat fins pull ambient heat away from the LEDs for long-term reliability. IP68 rated. For off-road use only.
Wiring Harness Required, Sold Separately
No wiring harness included. Pair with UNWH-01 and UNWH-02 for combo DV8 Elite lighting configurations. Install is rated at 30 minutes.

Questions
How far does a 40W pod actually illuminate from a ditch mount position?
Is it genuinely useful or more of a look? A: Aimed forward from ditch position, 40W produces solid trail coverage out to about 40 to 60 feet off the sides of your forward path. Genuinely useful for seeing trail edges and obstacles at trail speeds, not just for aesthetics.
Can these handle a water crossing splash or brief submersion?
Weather-rated for rain and splash. A brief shallow water crossing is fine. Extended submersion is not what these are rated for.
Do I need DV8-specific mount brackets or will standard aftermarket pod brackets work?
Standard 1.75-inch universal pod brackets work. DV8 bumper wing mounting tabs also accept these directly.
What wiring harness runs multiple pods from a single connection?
The DV8 4-Way DTP Plug Harness (UNWH-02) runs up to four pod lights from one connection. For a single pod, the standard LED wiring harness works.

Day 31 and beyond: Lifetime store credit (minus 25% restocking fee) — never expires, but requires mint condition and photo approval first.
To start a return, email contact@broncoforge.com for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging ($25 minimum purchase). Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom/special-order, sale/clearance, and installed or worn items are not eligible for return.
