LED Headlights for the 2021-2027 Ford Bronco

Ford Bronco LED headlights for a replacement front-lighting assembly or a different daytime-running-light appearance. Available designs differ in AlphaRex, Morimoto, Raxiom, and DV8 Offroad designs by their optics, halo or DRL pattern, housing finish, and turn-signal behavior. A headlight upgrade changes more than the front-end look, so review the beam and connection details for the exact model.

Projector headlights and reflector-style assemblies use different optical layouts. Clear lenses, black housings, white backlighting, and startup or sequential-signal features are separate choices, not features shared by every set. Compatibility also depends on whether the listing supplies a pair, what side-marker pieces or adapters are included, and which factory headlight configuration it supports. A plug-in description does not establish compatibility with undocumented wiring changes or every Bronco trim.

The right option depends on the front lamps first, then compare bumper-specific Bronco fog lights if you need additional low-mounted lighting. For a matching rear refresh, browse LED tail lights and verify the original rear-lamp type separately. The product's model-year and Raptor notes, review the installation guide, and plan for correct headlight aiming after fitting. Neither an aggressive housing design nor a halo pattern is a substitute for those checks.

A complete lamp assembly, mounting bracket, wiring harness, and protective cover are separate products even when they appear together in installation photographs. Factory bumper design, existing wiring, lens type, and light location explain many of the fitment differences across the available options.

The actual part description provides the application details, included equipment, and limitations specific to that product. These differences matter more than treating a collection as one interchangeable group of parts.

The available components differ by function, included equipment, and installation requirements. Individual product specifications provide the most precise information for each listed part.

Ford Bronco LED headlight questions

Straight answers to what Bronco owners ask most before buying LED headlights.

How much do LED headlights cost for a Ford Bronco?

The LED headlights here run from $459 to $1,675 for a pair. The Morimoto XB and Raxiom LDS cost the least. The Morimoto XRGB and AlphaRex NOVA cost the most.

You can split the cost into monthly payments with Affirm at checkout.

What are the best LED headlights for a Ford Bronco?

It depends on what matters most to you:

  • Brightest beam: the Morimoto XRGB, which Morimoto says puts out about 150% more light on low beam than the factory headlight.
  • Amber running lights like the Raptor: the Morimoto XRGB and the AlphaRex NOVA can both switch to amber.
  • A blacked-out look: the DV8 Offroad Black Series.
  • The longest warranty: Morimoto, with 5 years.

Are LED headlights street legal?

The AlphaRex, DV8 and Morimoto headlights meet DOT and SAE rules for road use. One note on the Morimoto XRGB: its running lights can change color from an app, but only white and amber are street legal in North America, so keep them on one of those for the road.

Projector or reflector headlights?

A projector uses a lens to focus light into a clean beam with a sharp top edge, which keeps light on the road and out of other drivers' eyes. A reflector bounces light off a mirrored bowl. Most headlights here are projectors. The Raxiom LDS is a reflector design.

Do these headlights fit every Bronco trim?

They fit the 2021–2026 Bronco, 2-door and 4-door. None of them fit the Bronco Sport, which is a different vehicle.

Which headlights fit the Bronco Raptor?

The Morimoto XRGB, the AlphaRex NOVA and the DV8 Offroad Black Series fit the Raptor. The Morimoto XB does not, and Raxiom hasn't confirmed Raptor fit for its headlights.

Can I get amber running lights?

Yes, on two of them. The Morimoto XRGB lets you pick amber from a phone app. The AlphaRex NOVA comes set to white and can be switched to amber using AlphaRex's guide.

Will LED headlights cause error codes or flickering?

The DV8 and Morimoto headlights plug into the factory connector, and both brands say there are no error codes or flickering. The Morimoto XB includes a harness and fuse tap for the running lights.

How long does it take to install Bronco headlights?

About 30 minutes to 1 hour. They all plug into the factory wiring with no cutting or splicing. Morimoto says most owners have a shop install its headlights, because the Bronco's lighting system is more complex than older trucks.

Do new headlights need to be aimed?

Yes. Aim them after you install them, the same as any new headlight. Most shops can do it in a few minutes.

Will LED headlights void my Ford warranty?

Not by themselves. Under federal law, Ford can't deny a warranty claim just because you added an aftermarket part. It would have to show the part caused the problem. Read more in our guide to aftermarket parts and your Bronco warranty.

How much is shipping, and what's the headlight warranty?

Shipping: free standard ground shipping on orders over $150 in the continental US. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Warranty: 5 years for Morimoto, 3 years for Raxiom, 2 years for AlphaRex, and 1 year for DV8 Offroad. We're an authorized dealer for each brand.
