The AlphaRex NOVA-Series LED projector headlights are built for the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford Bronco. They also fit the 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Bronco Raptor. Each headlight uses four LED projectors, plus the round light ring and straight light bar that give the sixth-generation Bronco its face. The set comes as a pair, one for each side.

Four Projectors in Each Headlight

A projector uses a lens to focus light into a clean beam with a sharp top edge. That sharp edge keeps light on the road and out of the eyes of other drivers. AlphaRex puts four of its 3D ice-cube projectors in each headlight.

When you turn on the low beams, all four projectors light up. When you switch to the high beams, the bottom two projectors carry the high beam. The low beam uses Osram Oslon Black Flat LED chips. The high beam uses AlphaRex LUXX LED chips.

Light Ring and Light Bar

The round ring and the straight bar work as the daytime running lights. They come set to white. You can switch them to amber if you want the look of the Bronco Raptor lights. AlphaRex has an online guide that shows how to make the switch.

The straight bar also works as the turn signal. It flashes amber in a sequence that moves across the bar. Each headlight also has an amber side marker.

Welcome Light

The headlights have an activation light. When you unlock your Bronco, the lights turn on as running lights to greet you.

Two Housing Colors

AlphaRex builds the NOVA-Series in two housing colors. Alpha-Black has a glossy black finish inside the headlight. Black has a matte black finish with chrome accents. Both use a clear lens, and both work the same way. Pick the one that best matches the rest of your build.

Materials and Road Use

The lens is made of polycarbonate with an anti-fog coating on the inside. The housing is made of polypropylene. The headlights meet SAE and DOT FMVSS108 rules for road use.

Fitment

These headlights fit the 2021 through 2026 Ford Bronco in both 2-door and 4-door models. They also fit the 2022 through 2026 Bronco Raptor. They do not fit the Ford Bronco Sport, which is a different vehicle with a different front end.

Installation

The headlights come with plug and play wiring that connects to the factory connectors. You do not need to cut or splice any wires. AlphaRex has an online install guide for the Bronco and Bronco Raptor that walks through each step.

Plan on about an hour to remove the factory headlights and put these in. Aim the headlights after the install, the same as you would with any new headlight. Most shops can aim them in a few minutes. Keep your factory headlights in a safe place in case you ever want to put the Bronco back to stock.
