Verify Fitment Before You Order

Not sure if a part fits your exact Bronco? Contact us before placing your order and we will confirm fitment for your specific year, trim, and configuration.

If we confirm fitment and the part still does not fit — we cover return shipping. If you order without verifying — standard policy applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on eligible items.

What Is Eligible for Return

  • Unused items in original packaging with all tags and hardware included
  • Items with confirmed manufacturer defects — replaced at no charge
  • Wrong item shipped due to our error — we cover all return shipping costs
  • Items where we confirmed fitment and the part still did not fit — we cover return shipping

What Is NOT Eligible for Return

  • Installed, mounted, or test-fitted items — once installed, items cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • Items modified, cut, drilled, painted, or permanently altered in any way
  • Items missing original hardware, packaging, or documentation
  • Items showing wear, scratches, or physical damage after delivery
  • Electrical items showing signs of improper installation or use
  • Wheels with tires mounted — non-returnable once tires are installed
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, improper use, or vehicle accidents
  • Special order or custom items — marked non-returnable at checkout
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale

How to Return — Step by Step

Step 1 — Contact Us Within 30 Days
Text (909) 772-8050 or email contact@broncoforge.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 — Send Photos
Provide clear photos of the item in its current condition to confirm eligibility.

Step 3 — Receive Your RMA Number
We will review within 24 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No returns are accepted without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

Step 4 — Ship It Back
Use the prepaid label if provided, or your own carrier. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 5 — Receive Your Refund
Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Allow 5–7 additional business days for your bank to post the funds.

Return Shipping Costs

Wrong item shipped — our error: We pay. Full prepaid return label provided.

Confirmed defective item: We pay. Full prepaid return label provided.

We confirmed fitment and part did not fit: We pay. Full prepaid return label provided.

Customer changed mind or ordered wrong part: Customer pays return shipping ($15–$30 depending on size).

Restocking Fees

Unused, uninstalled item in original packaging: No restocking fee.

Our error or confirmed defective item: No restocking fee.

Missing hardware, packaging, or documentation: Up to 20% restocking fee.

Refused or undeliverable package due to customer error: 20% restocking fee plus original shipping cost.

Damaged in Shipping

Inspect your package immediately on delivery. If the box is visibly damaged take photos before opening. For freight deliveries inspect before signing and refuse visibly damaged shipments.

  • Report damage within 3 business days of delivery
  • Send photos of the box and the item to contact@broncoforge.com
  • We will file the carrier claim and send a replacement immediately
  • Hold onto all original packaging — the carrier may need to inspect it

Manufacturer Warranties

Most products include manufacturer warranties ranging from 30 days to lifetime coverage depending on the brand. After our 30-day return window contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. We are happy to help facilitate this process.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct part. This gets you the right part faster.
