Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not already shipped or entered final fulfillment.
Cancellation requests submitted more than 1 hour after placement may still be approved at Bronco Forge's discretion. Approved cancellations of high-value orders may be subject to the cancellation and processing fee described below.
High-Value Orders ($1,500 or More)
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $1,500 or more may be subject to manual payment authorization and capture.
If a cancellation is requested before payment has been captured, the payment authorization will be voided, and no cancellation fee will apply.
If a high-value order is canceled more than 1 hour after placement and payment has already been captured, a 3% cancellation and processing fee will be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.
This fee helps recover nonrefundable payment processing costs and administrative expenses incurred when high-value transactions are processed and later canceled.
For purposes of this policy, a high-value order is defined as an order with a merchandise subtotal of $1,500 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Shipped and Fulfilled Orders
Once an order has shipped or entered final fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our return policy.
Exceptions
Cancellation and processing fees do not apply to orders canceled by Bronco Forge, orders canceled before payment capture, or refunds required by applicable law.
