Fitment

These DV8 Offroad black Ford Bronco headlights are built for the 2021 Ford Bronco through the 2026 Ford Bronco. They fit every trim, including the Bronco Raptor. Non-Raptor trims come in both 2-door and 4-door; the Raptor is 4-door only. They bolt on without any cutting or splicing. They do not fit the Ford Bronco Sport, since that model uses a different headlight housing entirely.

Design

Each headlight replaces the factory chrome ring with a black housing, giving the front end a blacked-out, aggressive look. Inside, a projector-style LED lens throws a sharp, focused beam instead of the scattered light pattern you get from a basic reflector housing. A white LED daytime running light wraps around the housing, paired with an amber centerline light and amber side markers. Each lens carries a laser-etched DV8 logo. The housing itself is built from ABS plastic with a polycarbonate lens, the same combination used across most projector-style aftermarket headlights for its mix of impact resistance and clarity.

Visibility

Low beam output measures 3,650 lumens, and high beam output measures 4,700 lumens, well above what the factory Bronco headlight puts out. The daytime running light adds another 1,150 lumens on its own. Color temperature sits at 6500K, a clean white rather than a yellow or blue tint. The system runs on 12 volts and draws 90 watts per pair, in line with other LED projector headlights on the market.

Street Legality

These headlights are DOT and SAE compliant for street use, which means the beam pattern and brightness meet federal lighting standards rather than just claiming to. The housing also carries an IP67 water and dust rating, so rain, mud, and dust won't get inside the housing. Each headlight can be adjusted 3 degrees up or 5 degrees down after install, so you can dial in the beam angle instead of living with whatever angle it ships at out of the box.
