Fitment

These Morimoto Bronco headlights, part of the XB LED series, are built for the 2021 Ford Bronco through the 2026 Ford Bronco. That covers the Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Badlands, Wildtrak, and Everglades trims. The Bronco Raptor does not fit this headlight set. Raptor owners should look at the Morimoto XRGB Ford Bronco headlights instead, since that housing was built for the Raptor specifically. Morimoto built and tested these headlights on US-spec Broncos, so fit on Broncos sold outside the US is not guaranteed.

Design

Each headlight uses one large rectangular projector in the center, framed by a shroud that flows into the lines of the Bronco's grille. Around the projector sits a four-point white daytime running light that gives the front end a distinct look, day or night. The housing is tough plastic with a UV-resistant lens built to hold up to years of sun.

Daytime Running Lights

The daytime running lights on this set are bright enough to match or beat the factory Bronco headlights at a glance. The turn signals can be set up two ways: a sweeping pattern where the lights turn on in sequence, or a standard on/off blink, depending on how the shop wires them during install.

Visibility

The dual-projector setup inside each headlight throws more light and covers more road than the stock Bronco headlights. The beam spreads wider at the edges and reaches further out front on high beam, instead of staying in one narrow patch of light straight ahead.

Electronics

These headlights plug into the factory Ford connector, and the box includes the wiring harness and fuse tap needed to hook up the daytime running lights. No cutting or splicing is needed to get every function working the way it should: daytime running lights, turn signals, parking lights, low beam, and high beam. You won't get error codes, flickering, hyper-flashing, or radio static once it's wired in correctly.

Street Legality

The projector lenses on these headlights meet and exceed SAE, DOT, and FMVSS108 rules for on-road brightness and glare, and the full housing is DOT compliant. US-market units come with amber side markers, as required.

Installation

Installation plugs in without any wiring changes on paper, but the Bronco's electrical system uses a more complex digital signal than older trucks, so most owners have a shop familiar with the platform handle the install. Once in, the headlights sit flush with the stock mounting points and won't void your factory warranty, since taking them back out later is just as easy as putting them in. Bronco Forge stocks these Ford Bronco headlights for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford Bronco owners who want brighter, sharper headlights without cutting into the factory wiring. Each set ships with a five-year warranty and a full install guide.
