Tube Series for the Bronco Raptor
The Raptor doesn't share sheet metal with a standard Bronco. Ford widened the fenders for the Raptor's beadlock wheels and extra suspension travel, so a bumper built for a regular Bronco leaves gaps at the fender edges. DV8 built the Tube Series around the Raptor's wider track and its factory mounting points instead.
This one runs a prerunner-style profile with steel tube-and-plate construction, finished in a micro-texture black powder coat. Gray skid plates and an orange "R" panel echo the Raptor's factory look, and CNC-cut caps finish the tube ends. A full skid plate protects the underside, and steel recovery points replace the factory tow hooks.
Lighting is flexible. The center mount takes a 20-inch dual row light bar with two 3-inch pods on the sides, or six pods across the center plus two more on the wings. Add the optional push bar and you gain room for a 20-inch bar, four 7-inch rounds, or eight pods, though the push bar partially blocks the front camera.

Tube Series for the Standard Bronco
Standard Bronco owners get their own version of the Tube Series, built for the 2021 through 2026 Bronco in every trim except Raptor, both 2-door and 4-door. It shares the same ultra-high-clearance profile as the Raptor version, but this one replaces the factory fog lights and skid plate outright instead of working around them.
DV8 built it from 3.5mm and 5mm steel, finished in the same micro-texture black powder coat with metallic gray accent panels. Zip-tie tabs welded along the frame keep wiring tidy once you start adding lights or a winch lead.
The lighting setup mirrors the Raptor version closely: a 20-inch dual row bar or six pods in the center, plus a pod mount on each wing. An optional bolt-on light hoop opens up another 20-inch bar, four 7-inch rounds, or eight pods, but it partially blocks the camera once installed.

MTO V2
The factory Bronco bumper has nowhere to bolt a winch. DV8's MTO V2, short for Made to Overland, solves that by hiding the winch mount behind a bull bar instead of hanging it off the front of the truck. A hidden mount keeps ground clearance high, which matters if you're planning to use that winch on a trail rather than just admire it in a parking lot.
Built from 3.5mm and 5mm steel with a micro-texture black powder coat and aluminum accent panels, this bumper fits every Bronco trim, including the Raptor, in 2-door and 4-door. It's a bolt-on part, though the factory skid plate needs minor trimming to clear it, and it isn't compatible with the factory fog lights.
The included bull bar does double duty. Not everyone wants their Bronco to look like it just came off a trail truck. DV8's OE Plus Series V2 keeps the factory body lines instead of bolting on a slab of steel, at $899.99.
This is the second version of the OE Plus design, built from 3.5mm and 5mm plate steel with paintable mesh accent panels. It stays compatible with the factory skid plate, camera, and sensors, and DV8 includes sensor plugs for Broncos that didn't come with the front sensor package.
Lighting flexibility is where this bumper earns its price. Broncos with Adaptive Cruise Control can run a single row light bar behind the mesh without touching the ACC module, or add a dual row bar after relocating that module separately. Broncos without Adaptive Cruise skip the tradeoff and run a dual row bar flush with the opening. Each wing adds two more pod mounts, four total.
Two D-ring mounts rated for 3/4-inch shackles are built in for recovery. Fitment covers 2021 through 2026 Broncos, 2-door and 4-door, every trim except Raptor. Installation is quick at about two and a half hours.

It keeps a slim profile close to the Raptor's factory lines rather than adding a slab of visible steel, built from steel with a micro-texture black powder coat that holds up to trail scrapes better than paint. It weighs 145 pounds, so this isn't a one-person install. A standard accent panel ships in the box, with an optional red "R" panel available if you want the Raptor badge to stand out.

It's built from a mix of 1.5mm and 3mm steel tubing with 3.5mm plates, a combination DV8 uses to cut weight without giving up protection. A paintable aluminum mesh panel sits at the center, which also improves airflow to the intercooler.
The included steel skid plate bolts on with side gussets for extra engine protection. Lighting is simpler here than on the winch-focused bumpers: mounts for two 3-inch LED pods and a 20-inch dual row LED bar, no brand restrictions.

OE Plus Series (Original)
Before the V2 came out, DV8 built the original OE Plus Series, still in our catalog at the same $899.99 price as the newer version. The core idea stays the same, close to the factory body lines, but the details differ enough that these aren't the same bumper wearing a new part number.
This is a 3-piece design built from 4mm steel body panels with 5mm steel mounts and supports, finished in a two-stage micro-texture powder coat. The front panel is shaped to match the grille pattern on higher trims, though DV8 says it looks just as clean on base-level Broncos.
It doesn't interfere with the 360-degree camera and works with factory parking sensors without modification. The factory skid plate, plastic or metal, stays compatible, so there's nothing to replace underneath.
Behind the bumper's cutaway pattern, you can mount a 20-inch dual row LED bar. Pod mounts sit on each side, two per side, four total. Recovery points are reinforced and built into the design rather than bolted on later.

If you're building for looks and want the stock silhouette, the OE Plus Series is the easiest sell. Pick the V2 if you also want Adaptive Cruise Control-friendly light bar options. Pick the original if you just want the fastest install and don't need the extra lighting flexibility.
If you're running a winch, the choice comes down to how you use the truck. The MTO V2 makes more sense for overland-style trips, since the winch mount tucks in behind the bumper instead of hanging out front and eating into ground clearance. The Spec Series makes more sense for dedicated rock crawling, where the low-profile shape and improved approach angle earn their keep, but you'll need one of the three approved light bar brands for factory-fit lighting.
If your Bronco is a Raptor, the choice is already narrowed to two bumpers built specifically for the wider body: the Tube Series for a prerunner-style look with flexible lighting, or the Spec Series if you need a winch mount and don't mind the brand-specific light bar restrictions.
The Competition Series is the one to pick if approach angle and weight savings matter more than winch capability. It isn't winch-ready out of the box, so skip it if that's a dealbreaker for your build.

Do all of DV8's Bronco front bumpers fit the Bronco Raptor?
No. Only two do: the Tube Series (Raptor version) and the Spec Series (Raptor version). The other six are built for the standard Bronco's narrower track and won't line up with the Raptor's wider fenders and mounting points.
Which DV8 front bumper comes with a skid plate included?
The Tube Series (both versions), the Spec Series (both versions), and the Competition Series all include their own skid plate as a direct replacement for the factory unit. The OE Plus Series (both versions) and the MTO V2 stay compatible with your factory skid plate instead of replacing it.
