Fitment

This Ford Bronco Raptor front bumper fits the 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, 4-door only. Part number is FBFR-01.

It's a direct-fit, bolt-on part built around the Raptor's specific mounting points and sensor wiring, made for the Raptor trim only. Bronco Forge carries a separate front bumper for the standard Bronco.

It doesn't clear the factory skid plate, and it won't work with the factory fog lights. DV8 built this as a full replacement for that section of the front end, not an add-on that layers over stock parts.

Design

The design keeps a slim profile close to the Bronco's factory lines instead of bolting on a slab of steel that changes the truck's whole look. The front bumper sits at a height built for trail clearance rather than a number pulled from a spec sheet.

It's built from steel and finished in a micro-texture black powder coat that holds up to scrapes better than a painted surface would. It weighs 145 pounds, so plan on a second set of hands to hang it.

A standard accent panel comes in the box. An optional panel with a red "R" is available for buyers who want the Raptor badge to stand out.

Protection

Underneath, a heavy-duty skid plate protects the front end on rocks and ruts. A bull bar section wraps the winch and grille for protection on brush and rocks.

DV8 welded in zip-tie tabs along the frame for wire management, so lighting and winch leads don't end up hanging loose underneath.

Recovery

Recovery is the other half of this Bronco winch front bumper's job. It mounts winches across a range of sizes rather than locking you into one brand, and the mounting geometry accommodates both electric and off road winch setups.

Two 1-inch-thick D-ring mounts, rated for 3/4-inch shackles, give you proper recovery points instead of relying on tow hooks.

Lighting Compatibility

Lighting is where buyers most often get tripped up on bumpers like this. Behind the mesh, the front bumper mounts one 20-inch light bar, but only three bars fit that slot: the Baja Designs S8 20-inch, the Rigid SR 20-inch, or the DV8 Elite 20-inch Single Row. Other 20-inch bars may not clear it.

The bull bar itself takes a 10-inch bar, and again the fitment is specific: Baja Designs S8 10-inch, Rigid SR Series 10-inch, or the DV8 Elite 13-inch Single Row.

The wings hold up to four 3-inch pod lights total, two per side, which gives you flexibility without needing an exact-fit light bar.

Electronics

The front bumper retains your factory sensors. DV8 includes an Adaptive Cruise Control relocation bracket so your ACC keeps working after install, something a lot of aftermarket bumpers quietly break.

The tradeoff: this bumper will partially obstruct your front camera. DV8 states that upfront rather than letting you find out after the bumper's already on the truck.

Installation

Install runs about 4 hours, and DV8 rates it a 4 out of 5 for difficulty. That's closer to a shop job than a Saturday-afternoon driveway install, mostly because of the wiring relocation work.

It's a bolt-on install with no cutting or drilling into the frame, and it ships with all mounting hardware included. It carries a 1-year warranty.
