Will This Bumper Fit My Bronco Raptor?

The DV8 Offroad Tube Series Bronco Raptor front bumper, FBFR-02, is built for 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor four-door models. It is the Raptor-specific version, not the standard-Bronco FBBR-08. The supplied full skid replaces the factory skid plate, and the factory fog lights do not transfer.

DV8's current application ends at 2026. Confirm compatibility before ordering for a 2027 Bronco Raptor rather than assuming that the earlier-year listing covers it.

Who Is This Bumper Best For?

This bumper suits a Bronco Raptor build focused on a prerunner appearance, front-end clearance, and a broad range of lighting layouts. The tube design keeps the visual emphasis on the Raptor's stance, with contrasting skid panels and an orange R accent.

Choose it for those features and its steel recovery hooks. If your priority is an integrated winch mount, compare the Raptor Spec Series winch bumper. The two bumpers serve different build priorities even though both add skid protection.

Tube Design and Vented Skid Protection

The assembly uses steel plate and tubing, finished in micro-texture black powder coat. Gray skid panels, CNC logo end caps, and the orange R panel distinguish this version from the standard Bronco tube bumper.

A vented full skid covers the area below the bumper. Its openings preserve airflow through that section while the plate provides a barrier against trail debris. The high, tight bumper shape is intended to provide room around rocks and ledges without placing a large plate face far ahead of your Bronco.

Which Lights Fit This Bumper?

Several mounting locations let you build the lighting around your needs. The center, wings, and push bar have different capacities, so choose the location along with the light.

• Center: A 20-inch dual-row bar plus a pair of 3-inch pods, or six 3-inch pods.
• Side mounts: One 3-inch pod per side.
• Included push bar: A 20-inch single- or dual-row bar, four 7-inch round lights, or eight 3-inch pods.

These are mounting provisions. Lights and their required wiring are purchased separately.

Push Bar, Camera, and ACC Requirements

The push bar is included, but installing it is optional. Running it partially obstructs the factory front camera. DV8 lists the ABBR-05 camera-relocation kit for the Bronco and Bronco Raptor Tube Series bumpers with the push-bar option.

Your Bronco Raptor's adaptive cruise control requires the separately sold ABBR-01 relocation bracket. Factory parking sensors are retained. Plan the hoop, camera, and ACC parts together so you can complete the electronics work while the front bumper is apart.

How Do the Recovery Hooks Mount?

The supplied solid steel recovery hooks bolt directly to the frame. They preserve front recovery attachment options as the factory bumper assembly is replaced. Select compatible recovery gear and inspect the attachment hardware as directed during installation.

The hooks and lighting mounts have different jobs. Avoid treating a tube or light bracket as a recovery point; use the designated recovery attachments.

How Does This Bumper Install?

DV8 estimates roughly four hours for the bolt-on installation, with help needed to remove and position the bumpers. The FBFR-02 installation guide walks through assembly and sensor transfer. It notes that some sensor-bezel tabs may need careful trimming, even though the bumper mounting itself requires no cutting.

Arrange your selected lights and relocation parts before starting. Adding them during assembly can make routing the wiring easier to plan.
