Fitment

This front bumper is built by DV8 Offroad for the 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor through the 2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, 4-door only. It's built around the Raptor's specific mounting points and does not fit the standard Bronco.

Design

The design runs a prerunner-style profile with ultra-high clearance, aimed at both high-speed desert driving and technical rock crawling. It's built from steel tube and plate construction and finished in a micro-texture black powder coat, with gray accent skid plates and an orange "R" panel that matches the Raptor's factory look. CNC-cut logo caps finish off the tube ends.

Protection

A full skid plate runs underneath for protection against rocks and trail debris.

Recovery

Solid steel recovery points are built into the bumper, so front recovery capability stays covered without relying on the factory tow hooks.

Lighting Compatibility

The center light mount takes a 20-inch dual row light bar with two 3-inch pod lights on the sides, or six 3-inch pod lights across the center with two more on the sides. An optional prerunner-style push bar adds more lighting capacity: a 20-inch light bar, four 7-inch round lights, or eight 3-inch pod lights.

Electronics

This bumper keeps the factory parking sensors working. Adaptive Cruise Control needs the ACC relocation bracket, sold separately, to keep that feature working after install. The bumper does partially block the front camera.

Installation

Installation is a bolt-on job with no cutting or drilling required, running about 4 hours of shop time.
