Use the UNWH-01 60 Amp Harness
The UNWH-01 60 Amp Wire Harness with DTP Connector is the only plug-and-play harness for this specific light bar. Do not use a lower-rated harness. Compatible with the DV8 Large Elite Series Light Bar Mount (BESLDBKTLG).

Questions
Will 200W of draw cause my factory alternator to struggle with other accessories also running?
200W draws about 16.7 amps. The factory alternator has enough headroom to handle this alongside normal vehicle loads. If you're running a full electrical build with multiple heavy accessories simultaneously, a battery monitor is a smart addition.
Is a 200W light bar legal for road use or is it off-road only?
Auxiliary lights are legal on California roads when aimed properly and not blinding oncoming traffic. A 200W bar aimed correctly at a downward angle is within legal territory. Aimed flat at eye level it creates excessive glare.
What is the correct wiring harness for this bar?
The DV8 60 Amp Wire Harness with DTP Connector (UNWH-01) is the correct match for the 200W dual row.
How hot does this bar get after extended trail use?
The housing will be warm to the touch. That's part of the thermal management design. Don't cover the back of the bar housing during operation.
