Will This Rotopax Mount Fit My Bronco?
2021-2026 Ford Bronco. TC3-M1 configuration: up to 34-inch tire according to current website; EA7-M1 adapter supports up to 38 inches. OEM hinges require EA7-M1. Rotopax pack mount is not included. What Is This Rotopax Mount Designed For?
Secure your fuel or water storage on remote trail days with a tailgate Rotopax mount built to keep supplies accessible. The Turn Offroad Tailgate Rotopax Mount fits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 2-Door and 4-Door models. It is made from 8 gauge steel with a black powder coat finish and is designed to work with key Turn Offroad tailgate components.
Features and Equipment
- Carry essential fluids with a mount designed to secure 1-gallon to 3-gallon Rotopax containers.
- Build a cleaner tailgate system with a design made to pair with the Turn Offroad TC3-M1 Tailgate Reinforcement.
- Support bigger tire setups with compatibility up to a 34-inch tire on TC3-M1 and up to a 38-inch tire when used with the EA7-M1 Molle panel adapter.
- Adapt to OEM hinge setups with the EA7-M1 adapter for added mounting flexibility.
- Expand rear utility with top mounting holes that allow compact lights or compatible accessories to be added.
Compatibility and Setup Details
Rotopax Pack Mounts are not included. Fitment and tire clearance depend on the tailgate setup and whether the EA7-M1 adapter is used.
How Does This Rotopax Mount Install?
Check the mounting requirements for your Bronco and the equipment listed above before installation. Follow Turn Offroad's instructions for this exact part, including any required adapters or electrical connections. View the manufacturer installation video or instructions.
Plan the Complete Tailgate Setup
Compare this part with the equipment already fitted to your Bronco's tailgate. Tire diameter alone does not describe the space available: wheel offset, carrier spacers, hinge accessories, and the tire's actual position can change clearance. Work through the complete arrangement before tightening the final hardware. Open the tailgate carefully through its travel and check for contact with the tail light, rear body, bumper, and neighboring accessories. Where an adapter or limiter is specified above, include it in the installation rather than treating it as a cosmetic extra.
Clearance Is Not a Load Rating
A statement that an accessory clears a particular tire or mounts to a carrier does not increase the carrier's weight capacity. Account for the loaded gear as well as the mount itself, and use the limits for the actual carrier, hinge, and accessory system. Containers, lights, flags, and recovery gear can have different mounting requirements even when they attach in the same area. Use the specified attachment points and compatible hardware instead of relying on a nearby opening or a bracket intended for another purpose.
Keep Rear Functions Usable
Check the rear camera view, license-plate visibility, plate illumination, third brake light, and access to the spare after the complete setup is installed. Relocation parts can change where wiring needs to run or how an accessory comes off for service. Leave a practical route for removing the spare and accessing the tailgate hardware. Inspect the fasteners after initial use and after rough-road travel. If you change the wheel, tire, carrier, or another tailgate accessory later, repeat the clearance checks rather than assuming the original arrangement still applies.
What's the Warranty?
Turn Offroad covers the structure and craftsmanship of its steel and billet aluminum products against manufacturer defects for the life of the product, with two-year finish coverage. Register the product within 90 days of receiving it. Coverage is for the original purchaser and excludes damage from abuse, accidents, neglect, improper use, and unauthorized modifications. Review the manufacturer's full warranty terms for the claim process and shipping responsibilities.
