Add a Light Bar to Your Bronco Modular Bumper Without Swapping the Whole Front End

The DV8 Offroad Tube Push Bar is built for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco owners running the factory Modular Steel Bumper who want light bar capability without replacing the entire front end. If your Bronco came with the Modular Steel Bumper standard on the Outer Banks, Black Diamond, or Wildtrak trim, this push bar bolts directly onto it.

Three Lighting Configurations Supported
Mount a 20" light bar across the full width, run eight 3" pod lights, or run four 7" round lights. The low-profile prerunner design keeps height and visual bulk down while adding meaningful front-end protection from trail debris.

Bolt-On Installation, No New Holes
Install uses factory hardware and existing mounting points. No drilling, no fabrication. DV8 rates it at 2.5 hours with basic hand tools. A camera relocation bracket is included so your factory front camera stays fully functional after the install. Finished in micro-texture black powder coat.

Fits 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 Ford Bronco with factory Modular Steel Bumper only. Does NOT fit Bronco with Capable Bumper or plastic bumper. Does NOT fit Ford Bronco Sport.

Q: If the push bar takes a hit, does the damage transfer into my factory bumper?
A: The bar attaches to the factory bumper mounting area. A significant hit can transfer force to the bumper. For serious trail use with regular rock contact, a full aftermarket bumper is a more robust solution.

Q: Will a 20-inch light bar mounted here clear the hood when I open it?
A: Yes. Mount height is designed to clear normal hood operation.

Q: If I upgrade to an aftermarket bumper later, is this bar reusable?
A: No. This bar is specific to the factory modular bumper. An aftermarket bumper will have its own light bar mounting provisions.

Q: Does this affect the factory hood latch operation?
A: No. Factory hood latch is not affected.

Q: Does this work with both Badlands and Black Diamond modular bumpers?
A: Built for the factory modular steel bumper configuration. Use the live chat with your trim to confirm if you're unsure which bumper you have.

Q: Can I also run factory fog lights alongside the light bar with this setup?
A: The push bar adds a light bar position. Factory fog lights at their existing bumper positions are not affected.

Q: Does adding this change the look of the front significantly?
A: It adds a center vertical tube and a horizontal bar above the factory bumper. It's a noticeably more aggressive look without swapping the full bumper.

Q: Does it affect approach angle?
A: Minimally. The tube profile stays low and the effect on approach angle is negligible.
