Hard Top Roof Rack for the 4-Door Ford Bronco With Zero Drilling
The DV8 Offroad roof rack is built for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco 4-door owners running a hard top who want a clean, functional load platform without drilling into the roof or removing the top to install it. Mounts to the factory hard top rain gutter channels with no roof penetration required. Works across all 4-door Bronco trim levels.
Full Load Platform With Light Bar Compatibility
The full-length load surface handles overland gear, recovery boards, and equipment. Compatible with DV8 light bar mounts for 20" or 52" bars without additional brackets. Finished in black powder coat. Assembly required before vehicle installation. Rated at 2 hours to install.

What's a safe highway speed with gear loaded on this rack?
Cap at 70 mph with a loaded rooftop tent. Roof weight affects aerodynamics and handling at speed. Secure all loads before highway driving.
Does this require drilling into the hard top?
No. Clamps to the factory hard top without permanent modifications.
Does the longer 4-door rack affect fuel economy on highway trips?
Any roof rack adds aerodynamic drag. An empty rack at highway speeds has a minimal effect. A loaded rack with a tent and gear boxes adds up on long trips.
Can a rooftop tent be mounted to this rack?
Yes. T-slot mounted RTT systems work with the crossbars. For exact load ratings, use the live chat and we'll pull the spec from DV8.

To start a return, email contact@broncoforge.com for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging ($25 minimum purchase). Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom/special-order, sale/clearance, and installed or worn items are not eligible for return.
