500W 52-Inch LED Light Bar for Full-Width Bronco Roof or Windshield Mount Coverage
The DV8 Offroad Elite Series 52-Inch LED Light Bar is built for Bronco owners who want roof-mounted or windshield-mounted primary lighting that covers the full width of the Bronco. 500W total output, 42,000 lumens, IP68 waterproof rated. Compatible with both the DV8 Large Elite Series Light Bar Mount (BESLDBKTLG) and the 52-Inch Straight Light Bar Windshield Mount (LBBR-01). For off-road use only.
Confirm Your Electrical System Can Handle 500W
Confirm your vehicle's electrical system and alternator output can support 500 watts before purchasing. A dedicated circuit is recommended. The UNWH-01 60 Amp Wire Harness is the correct harness for this bar. Note: the 52-inch bar requires cutting the DTP plug and direct wiring. It is not fully plug-and-play at this length.

Questions
Is a 500W bar legal on California public roads at all or is this strictly off-road?
500W at full output aimed down the road would be excessively bright for oncoming traffic. Most owners treat this as off-road only and switch it on exclusively on trails or private land.
After mounting on the windshield, does the bar block any of my forward field of view?
No. The windshield mount positions the bar on the roof header above the glass. It does not reduce your forward field of view through the windshield.
Will 500W put too much draw on my factory alternator and battery?
At 500W the bar draws about 42 amps. The DV8 60 Amp Harness handles this correctly. For extended use with the engine off, a dual battery setup is worth thinking about.
Does the windshield mount require drilling into the roof?
No. The DV8 windshield mount uses existing factory roof line mounting points. No drilling required.

To start a return, email contact@broncoforge.com for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging ($25 minimum purchase). Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom/special-order, sale/clearance, and installed or worn items are not eligible for return.
