40W Amber OSRAM LED Pod Light for Dust, Fog, and Rain Conditions
The DV8 Offroad Elite Series 3-Inch Amber LED Pod Light is built for Bronco owners who run in dusty desert terrain, fog, rain, or anywhere white light scatters off suspended particles and reduces visibility. Amber sits at a longer wavelength than white and cuts through those conditions without reflecting back at you. At 40W and 4,800 lumens from OSRAM P9 LEDs, flood pattern only. IP68 rated. For off-road use only. Overall dimensions: 3L x 3H x 2.75D inches.

Questions
In what trail conditions does amber actually make a noticeable real-world difference?
Dusty desert runs and wet foggy coastal trails are where amber makes the most obvious difference. White light reflects off airborne particles and creates its own glare. Amber cuts through instead. In dry clear night conditions, white outperforms amber.
Can I mount these facing rearward as trail marker lights?
Yes. Amber pods mounted rear-facing work as a trail running indicator, which some trail groups require. No electrical or physical issue with rear-facing mounting.
How obvious is the amber lens color during the day when the lights are off?
Visually distinct up close. It reads as a trail-focused aesthetic, not a stock look. If you want a cleaner appearance with the lights off, white pods are the less visually obvious option.

Days 1-30: Refund to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
Day 31 and beyond: Lifetime store credit (minus 25% restocking fee) — never expires, but requires mint condition and photo approval first.
To start a return, email contact@broncoforge.com for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging ($25 minimum purchase). Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom/special-order, sale/clearance, and installed or worn items are not eligible for return.
