Steel construction and a textured finish

The Trekker uses 5/32-inch mild-steel plate and 2-inch tubing with a 0.120-inch wall. The recovery mounts are welded on both sides. An epoxy pre-coat sits beneath the textured black powder coating. Plan how the winch, rope, and fairlead will sit together before final assembly; the bumper supplies the mounting foundation, while the recovery equipment is selected separately.
