2-Door Adventure Door Hinge CoversFOR THE 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

Finish the hinge-post areas around a two-door Bronco fitted with Barricade Adventure tube doors. This kit supplies the left and right panels for the shorter cabin, rather than the four-panel layout used on a four-door vehicle.

A two-panel fit for Adventure doors

The steel covers use a textured black coating and supplied mounting pieces. Their job is to cover exposed hinge areas, not seal the cabin or restore the weather protection of the factory doors. Use the matching FB19036 doors; this is not the four-door cover kit.

Match the covers to the Adventure doors

The hinge-post layout is tied to the matching Barricade door kit. Check both the door configuration and the tube-door part number before choosing covers. A four-door kit includes positions that do not exist on a two-door vehicle, while the shorter kit cannot cover all four-door positions. Keep that distinction separate from the finish color. The textured black appearance alone does not establish interchangeability with another door brand.

Test the door movement before final tightening

Position each cover and bracket as directed, then check the adjacent door movement before completing the installation. Keep the supplied edge trim and bushings in their prescribed locations. Do not force a panel into alignment by overtightening a fastener. After the doors are hung and adjusted, make sure the cover does not rub a hinge or catch an edge as the door moves through its normal range.

Keep the open-air setup in perspective

These covers finish and shield the exposed hinge-post areas around the tube-door installation. They do not close the openings in the doors, seal out rain, or change the safety performance of the door system. Retain the original doors and protect their storage surfaces if you switch back for colder weather. Recheck the cover fasteners when the tube doors are installed for a new season.

Bronco fitment and equipment requirements

The verified application is 2021-2026 Ford Bronco, 2-door models only. Requires Barricade Tubular HD Adventure doors FB19036. Bronco Raptor compatibility has not been verified for this part number. Does not fit Bronco Sport. Model-year coverage is limited to the listed application; it is not extended to a later year because the body looks similar. Check the actual equipment installed on the vehicle if a previous owner has changed it.

Installation planning

The listed installation method is bolt-on. The supplier estimate is about 1 hour. Treat a time estimate as a planning guide, not a promise for every vehicle. Lay out the supplied pieces, review the instructions for this exact SKU, and check the original mounting area before starting. Allow extra time if other accessories need to be moved or if the vehicle has already been modified.
