Fitment

These fog lights are built by Morimoto for the 2021 Ford Bronco, the 2022 Ford Bronco, the 2023 Ford Bronco, the 2024 Ford Bronco, the 2025 Ford Bronco, and the 2026 Ford Bronco, but only on Broncos with the factory Standard or Capable front bumper. The HD Modular bumper, which many Badlands, Wildtrak, and Sasquatch-package Broncos come with, uses round fog light openings this housing does not fit, and the Bronco Raptor shares that same modular bumper shape. Check which bumper is on the truck before ordering. Standard and Capable bumpers use the factory square-cornered fog light housing this light bolts into, and this is a direct replacement for the halogen unit that ships there from the factory.

Design

Each housing uses Osram Oslon-PL LED chips paired with an SAE wide-beam optic engineered in house by Morimoto's lead optical engineer. The beam spreads 90 degrees total, 45 degrees left to 45 degrees right of center, noticeably wider than most aftermarket fog lights that top out closer to 80 degrees. Vertical spread runs about 6 degrees, low enough to stay out of oncoming drivers' eyes while still lighting the sides of the road rather than throwing light straight out like a driving light would. Output measures 1,500 raw lumens and 8,500 candela per light, and the beam meets SAE J583 F3 and ECE R19 standards for road use in North America and the EU. The interior finish is gloss black with a textured pattern behind the lens, and an integrated aiming adjuster lets the beam height get dialed in after install without pulling the housing back out.

Electronics

Each fog light plugs into the factory H11, H9, or H8 connector, so there's no wiring to cut or splice. Power draw is 20.5 watts per side. The housing bolts into the factory fog light opening using the stock mounting points, so the factory wiring and dash switch keep working exactly as before, just aimed through a different lens and chip than the factory halogen bulb they came with. Because nothing about the factory wiring changes, the rest of the truck's fog light circuit, including the switch, fuse, and any factory warranty tied to it, is left alone.

Installation

Installation uses the factory mounting screws and connector, so it's a direct bolt-in at the fog light opening with no cutting, drilling, or splicing required. Two 10mm mounting screws per side hold the housing in place, and a matched H11, H9, or H8 connector is included for each light. Morimoto backs this fog light with a ten-year warranty.

The factory halogen fog light on a Standard or Capable bumper Bronco throws a narrower, dimmer beam and doesn't hold up to UV exposure the way an LED chip does over time. This housing trades that halogen bulb for the Osram LED array without changing the beam's basic job, lighting the road edges in fog, rain, or snow rather than blinding oncoming traffic.
