Will This Recovery Mount Fit My Bronco?
2021-2026 Ford Bronco. Does not work with OEM rear bumpers. Steel thickness conflicts within manufacturer copy (1/4 versus 1/2 inch); omitted pending confirmation. Bronco Raptor fitment is unconfirmed.
What Is This Recovery Mount Designed For?
Equip your Bronco’s rear frame rails with bolt-on recovery eyelets for bumpers that do not include recovery tabs. Turn Offroad Rear Recovery Eyelets fit 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 2-Door and 4-Door models and mount to factory rear frame locations. They are built from steel and finished in Tri-Guard textured powder coat.
Features and Equipment
- Add rear recovery access to Broncos running aftermarket bumpers without integrated tow points.
- Keep installation reversible with a bolt-on design that requires no welding or cutting.
- Connect D-rings or soft shackles with eyelets designed for standard 3/4-inch recovery hardware.
- Complete the pair with driver and passenger-side eyelets plus all required mounting hardware.
Compatibility and Setup Details
The eyelets fit 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 2-Door and 4-Door models. They do not work with OEM bumpers. Install time is listed at about 30 minutes using basic hand tools.
How Does This Recovery Mount Install?
Check the mounting requirements for your Bronco and the equipment listed above before installation. Follow Turn Offroad's instructions for this exact part, including any required adapters or electrical connections. Installation method and required components depend on this product; consult the manufacturer guidance before starting.
Match the Recovery Gear to the Mount
Select the actual shackle or recovery connection for the mounting provisions described above. A nominal hardware size does not establish the working load of the complete recovery setup. Use compatible, appropriately rated equipment and follow its manufacturer's instructions. Check the attachment opening, hardware dimensions, and clearances with the bumper fitted. Do not treat a light bracket, bumper opening, or another nearby component as an alternative recovery attachment simply because it is accessible.
Bumper Compatibility and Frame Access
Confirm the recovery mount's application against the bumper actually installed on your Bronco. Factory and aftermarket bumpers can expose or cover different frame locations, so a general Bronco application does not mean the mount clears every bumper design. The product-specific restriction above takes priority. Inspect the mounting surfaces and follow the stated fastener and installation sequence. Keep access to the attachment hardware so the finished system can be checked and maintained rather than permanently hidden behind unrelated accessories.
Inspection Before Trail Use
Check the complete installation before relying on it for recovery. Inspect the hardware, attachment points, and selected recovery gear for damage or interference. Recheck the mount after initial use and after an event that may have loaded or struck it. Powder coat and thick steel are construction details, not substitutes for a published load rating. If the manufacturer's specifications conflict, obtain clarification for the dimension or rating in question instead of selecting the more favorable number. Use only designated recovery attachments and compatible gear.
Rear Eyelets and Bumper Restrictions
The pair provides driver- and passenger-side rear attachment points, with mounting hardware included. Turn Offroad lists compatibility with standard 3/4-inch recovery hardware and says these eyelets do not fit OEM rear bumpers. That restriction distinguishes them from the front recovery eyelets. Because the current source copy conflicts on steel thickness, no thickness or recovery load rating should be inferred from this listing. Confirm those specifications directly if they are essential to your selection.
What's the Warranty?
Turn Offroad covers the structure and craftsmanship of its steel and billet aluminum products against manufacturer defects for the life of the product, with two-year finish coverage. Register the product within 90 days of receiving it. Coverage is for the original purchaser and excludes damage from abuse, accidents, neglect, improper use, and unauthorized modifications. Review the manufacturer's full warranty terms for the claim process and shipping responsibilities.
