Fitment
Morimoto builds this BigBanger light bar for the 2021 Ford Bronco, the 2022 Ford Bronco, the 2023 Ford Bronco, the 2024 Ford Bronco, the 2025 Ford Bronco, and the 2026 Ford Bronco, including the Bronco Raptor from the 2023 model year on. The kit includes a pair of Bronco-specific roof mounts built to bolt to the factory roof rack points, so nothing about the roof gets drilled or modified to get the bar mounted.
Design
This is the largest bar in Morimoto's roof-mount lineup, built around seven BigBanger pods instead of the twelve smaller pods used on the 2Banger and 4Banger bars: two Spot pods for long-range visibility and five Combo pods that blend width and distance. There is no Wide beam pod on this bar, the same way there isn't one on the standalone BigBanger ditch light kit. The HXB tier runs Osram chips and puts out 49,000 raw lumens and up to 2,120,000 candela combined across the bar. The NCS tier runs Nichia chips at a lower price, putting out 22,050 raw lumens and up to 1,535,000 candela, using the same mounts, links, and hardware as the HXB tier. Both tiers come in white or yellow output. The pods connect through six adjustable CNC links, so each one can be aimed independently once the bar is mounted. Two Bronco-specific center support legs, a shorter design than the ones used on the smaller bars, help this heavier bar hold its shape under vibration. The housing on each pod is cast aluminum, electroplated before powder coating, and every gasket, seal, and breather valve is built to IP69K standards for dust and water resistance. The mounting hardware is CNC machined aluminum with a dual-layer anodized finish.
White output works best for maximum visibility on a clear night. Yellow output cuts through rain, snow, or fog better than white does. A mixed white and yellow setup is also available as a separate configuration, pairing yellow optics for the near-field beams with white for the central pods, so both conditions get covered without changing pods later.
Electronics
The included wiring kit carries a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder, and Deutsch DT connectors with dual seals at every pod. A push-button switch with an amber LED backlight comes wired with a quick-disconnect, built to work with the Bronco's factory upfitter switches. The wiring kit can run every pod together off one switch, or be set up to control the inner and outer pods separately.
Street Legality
This bar is not DOT compliant and carries no street-legal certification for use as a fog light or any other road-legal function. It is built and sold for off-road use.
Installation
Installation uses the included roof mounts and center support legs, and bolts to the factory roof rack points with no drilling required. Morimoto backs this bar with a lifetime warranty. At just under 44 pounds, this bar weighs close to double the 2Banger and 4Banger bars, and it changes the truck's roofline and center of gravity more noticeably, worth factoring in before ordering.

Questions
What's the difference between HXB and NCS?
HXB uses Osram chips and produces 49,000 raw lumens combined across the bar. NCS uses Nichia chips at a lower price, producing 22,050 raw lumens combined. The mounts, links, and hardware are identical either way.
Is this bar street-legal?
No. It is not DOT compliant and carries no street-legal certification for use as a fog light or any other road-legal function. It's built for off-road use only.
Does this fit the Bronco Raptor?
Yes, from the 2023 model year on. It mounts to the factory roof rack points, which the Raptor shares with the rest of the Bronco lineup.
Does installation require drilling into the roof?
No. The included roof mounts and center support legs bolt to the factory roof rack points.
Why does this bar only have 7 pods instead of 12?
The BigBanger pod is bigger than the 2Banger or 4Banger pod, so fewer are needed to reach a comparable or higher output. This bar also skips the Wide beam pod entirely, using only Spot and Combo.
