Fitment

Morimoto builds this 4Banger light bar for the 2021 Ford Bronco, the 2022 Ford Bronco, the 2023 Ford Bronco, the 2024 Ford Bronco, the 2025 Ford Bronco, and the 2026 Ford Bronco, including the Bronco Raptor from the 2023 model year on. The kit includes a pair of Bronco-specific roof mounts built to bolt to the factory roof rack points, so nothing about the roof gets drilled or modified to get the bar mounted.

Design

This is a full roof-mounted light bar, not a pair of individual pods. Each bar carries twelve Morimoto 4Banger pods in a fixed mix: two Spot pods for long-range visibility, six Combo pods that blend width and distance, and four Wide pods that spread light across the road. The HXB tier runs Osram chips and puts out 36,000 raw lumens and up to 897,600 candela combined across the bar, a step up from the 2Banger Bar's output since each 4Banger pod carries an extra LED chip. The NCS tier runs Nichia chips at a lower price, putting out 16,200 raw lumens and up to 600,600 candela, using the same mounts, links, and hardware as the HXB tier. Both tiers come in white or yellow output. The pods connect through eleven adjustable CNC links, so each one can be aimed independently once the bar is mounted, rather than firing straight ahead in a fixed line. Two center support legs help the bar hold its shape under vibration on rough roads. The housing on each pod is cast aluminum, electroplated before powder coating, and every gasket, seal, and breather valve is built to IP69K standards for dust and water resistance. The mounting hardware is CNC machined aluminum with a dual-layer anodized finish.

White output works best for maximum visibility on a clear night. Yellow output cuts through rain, snow, or fog better than white does. A mixed white and yellow setup is also available as a separate configuration, pairing yellow optics for the near-field beams with white for the central pods, so both conditions get covered without changing pods later.

Electronics

The included wiring kit carries a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder, and Deutsch DT connectors with dual seals at every pod. A push-button switch with an amber LED backlight comes wired with a quick-disconnect, built to work with the Bronco's factory upfitter switches. The wiring kit can run every pod together off one switch, or be set up to control the inner and outer pods separately, giving some control over how much of the bar lights up at once.

Street Legality

This bar is not DOT compliant and carries no street-legal certification for use as a fog light or any other road-legal function. It is built and sold for off-road use.

Installation

Installation uses the included roof mounts and center support legs, and bolts to the factory roof rack points with no drilling required. Morimoto backs this bar with a lifetime warranty. At just under 24 pounds, this is a noticeably heavier and larger install than any of the A-pillar ditch light kits, and it changes the truck's roofline, worth factoring in before ordering.
