Will This Radio Mount Fit My Bronco?
2021-2026 Ford Bronco. Requires Turn Offroad IA8-M1 dash rail. Radio and microphone not included. Bronco Raptor fitment is unconfirmed.
What Is This Radio Mount Designed For?
Keep your communication controls organized on rough trails with a radio mic mount built for the Turn Offroad IA8-M1 dash rail. This mount gives 2021+ Ford Bronco owners a clean place to secure a CB-style handset, radio microphone, or handheld radio end within easy reach. It keeps your communication setup visible, accessible, and off loose interior surfaces when your Bronco is loaded for the trail.
Features and Equipment
- Keep your mic close at hand with a dash-mounted location that supports quick access during trail rides, spotting, and group travel.
- Clean up your cockpit layout with a dedicated radio mic mount that helps prevent the handset from sliding around the cabin.
- Improve communication readiness by placing the radio end where it can be grabbed quickly without digging through loose gear.
- Preserve your Bronco interior with a bolt-on installation that does not require drilling, cutting, or permanent dash modification.
- Build out your IA8-M1 system with a practical accessory mount designed to work as part of a modular dash rail setup.
Compatibility and Setup Details
The IA8-M1 Handheld Radio Mic Mount is made from steel and finished in black powdercoat for a clean, durable surface. Hardware is included for mounting it to the Turn Offroad IA8-M1 dash rail. The radio, microphone, and handset are not included.
Product Specifications
- Improve trail communication access by giving your CB-style radio mic or handheld radio end a dedicated mount on the IA8-M1 dash rail.
- Install without permanent modification using included hardware and a bolt-on design that requires no drilling or cutting.
How Does This Radio Mount Install?
Check the mounting requirements for your Bronco and the equipment listed above before installation. Follow Turn Offroad's instructions for this exact part, including any required adapters or electrical connections. Installation method and required components depend on this product; consult the manufacturer guidance before starting.
Build the Cockpit Around Actual Devices
Plan the mounting arrangement around the devices you use in your Bronco. A phone, tablet, handheld radio, microphone, and camera can need different holders even when they share the same mounting area. Check the attachment pattern and fastener size of each holder before purchase. The vehicle-specific part creates a location for compatible equipment; devices and holders are not automatically included. Consider where charging or microphone cables will run and how the equipment can be removed when it is not needed.
Check Reach, Sight Lines, and Clearance
Test the intended position before securing the final hardware. The device should remain reachable without covering essential controls, blocking the driver's view, or interfering with passenger space. Allow room for the actual holder and cable connectors, not only the device's face. Confirm clearance around the factory trim and any nearby moving component. Do not place equipment in an airbag deployment area. If you change to a larger device or a longer mounting arm later, repeat these checks because the added leverage and occupied space can change the installation.
Installation and Ongoing Use
Follow the mounting instructions for this specific part rather than borrowing fasteners or torque assumptions from another interior accessory. Check that the installed assembly and each device holder are secure before driving. Manage cables so they cannot fall into controls or pull on connectors as the equipment moves. Reinspect the hardware after initial use and rough-road travel. A tidy installation should also remain serviceable: keep access to attachment screws and leave a practical way to remove the device or accessory without disturbing unrelated trim.
What's the Warranty?
Turn Offroad covers the structure and craftsmanship of its steel and billet aluminum products against manufacturer defects for the life of the product, with two-year finish coverage. Register the product within 90 days of receiving it. Coverage is for the original purchaser and excludes damage from abuse, accidents, neglect, improper use, and unauthorized modifications. Review the manufacturer's full warranty terms for the claim process and shipping responsibilities.
