The Baja Designs 6XL bumper light kit mounts a row of six LED lights across the front bumper of the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford Bronco. The six XL Sport lights link together into one bar. It is a full front lighting setup in one box, with the lights, brackets, wiring, and rock guards included.

Six Lights in One Bar

Each XL Sport light puts out 3,162 lumens. Together, the six lights put out 18,972 lumens. The kit comes with two Spot lights, two Driving/Combo lights, and two Wide Cornering lights. Spot throws a narrow beam far down the trail. Driving/Combo lights up both close and far. Wide Cornering spreads light out to the sides so you can see around turns.

Each light can tilt up or down by as much as 45 degrees. You can also set the lights in a gentle curve or a straight line. That lets you aim each light where you need it.

Pick Your Bumper

Baja Designs makes two versions of this kit. The Steel Bumper version fits only the factory modular steel bumper. That version fits the 2021 through 2026 Bronco and the 2022 through 2026 Bronco Raptor. The Plastic Bumper version fits only the factory plastic bumper, and it adds a support bracket to keep the bar steady.

Neither version fits the Capable bumper. Check which front bumper your Bronco has before you order.

Built for Rough Trails

The lenses are hard coated polycarbonate. The housings are anodized aluminum, and the bezels are billet aluminum. The brackets and hardware are stainless steel. The lights are rated IP69K, so they are waterproof and can handle a pressure washer. They also meet the IK10 impact rating and the MIL-STD810G test standard.

Six black rock guards come in the kit. They cover the lenses to protect them when you are not using the lights.

Front Camera Note

If your Bronco has a front camera, the light bar may block part of the camera view. The camera still works, but you may see the bar at the edge of the picture.

Toggle Switch or Factory AUX Switches

Each kit comes with one of two wiring options. The Toggle Switch version includes a relay wiring kit and a switch you mount in the dash. Baja Designs' install guide calls for a 3/4-inch hole in the dash to mount that switch.

The Upfitter version connects to the factory AUX switches in the overhead console above the mirror. You turn the lights on and off with those buttons, so there is no extra switch to mount. Only pick Upfitter if your Bronco has the factory AUX switches. Look for a row of AUX buttons on the ceiling above the mirror. On the Bronco Raptor, Baja Designs notes the AUX1 and AUX3 wire colors are switched, so follow the Raptor steps in the guide.

Road Use

These are off-road lights. Keep them off on public roads unless your local laws allow them.

Installation

The kit includes the mounting brackets, the XL Sport lights, the wiring, the rock guards, and the stainless hardware. Baja Designs includes a step-by-step install guide. Plan on about two hours for the install, including the wiring.
