Protect the Bronco Frame Horns Before Your Winch Bumper Puts Them to the Test
The ADD Frame Horn Gusset Kit is built for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor owners running winch-capable or recovery-integrated bumpers who want to protect the factory frame horn mounts from failing under load. The factory mounting area is a known weak point during hard winching and recovery pulls. This kit reinforces it with heavy duty 1018 steel so the frame takes the load with confidence instead of flexing.
Works With Your Stock or Aftermarket Bumper
This isn't tied to one bumper brand. It installs directly to the factory frame horn using grade 8 hardware, so it works underneath whatever winch or recovery-capable bumper you're running, stock or aftermarket.
Bolt-On, No Frame Modifications
Fully bolt-on install, rated at about 1 hour. No cutting, no welding, no modifications to the frame itself. Finished in a dual-stage hammer black powder coat.
Fitment
Fits 2021 through 2026 Ford Bronco, all trims, including Bronco Raptor. Does NOT fit Ford Bronco Sport.
