Fitment

These ditch light brackets are built by Addictive Desert Designs for the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor, across all trims and both 2-door and 4-door body styles. They mount to the existing factory locations on the hood cowl near the A-pillar, so no aftermarket brackets or mounting plates need to be sourced separately. Because the mounting locations are shared across the standard Bronco and the Raptor, the same bracket set works whether the truck sitting in the driveway is a base trim or a fully loaded Raptor.

Design

Each bracket is built from 3/16-inch American steel and finished in a two-stage hammer black powder coat, matched to the same finish used across the rest of the Addictive Desert Designs Bronco lineup. The low profile keeps the brackets tucked close to the cowl rather than sticking out awkwardly ahead of the windshield, and integrated wire management routes the light's wiring along the bracket instead of leaving it exposed to the elements.

Lighting Compatibility

Each side accepts up to two 4-inch LED pod lights, or a single 6-inch round LED light, giving three different lighting configurations to choose from depending on how much light output an owner wants at each side of the hood. Because each pod mounts and aims independently, a driver can point one pod straight ahead down the trail and aim the other one out to the side for a wider field of view at night, or run one clear pod for standard visibility alongside one amber pod for dusty trail conditions. That flexibility is the main advantage over a fixed light bar mount, which only offers one aiming angle across its whole length rather than letting each side of the truck point somewhere different.

Why A-Pillar Mounting

Mounting near the A-pillar rather than up on the roof or across the grille keeps the lighting close to the driver's natural line of sight, which matters when the light needs to follow where the front wheels are pointed rather than staying fixed straight ahead. It also avoids adding height to the front of the truck the way a roof-mounted light bar does, and it doesn't compete with space on the front bumper that's often already committed to a winch, recovery mounts, or a center-mounted light bar of its own.

Installation

Installation is fully bolt-on, using the factory mounting points already present on the hood cowl, and it typically takes under an hour for both sides. No drilling into the cowl or hood is required, and the wire management built into each bracket keeps the install clean once the pod lights are wired in and routed back toward the engine bay or the fuse box, depending on how the lights are switched.
