One Bold Side Outlet

The AWE 0FG Single-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust ends in one 5-inch, double-wall tip behind the Bronco’s left rear tire. Its straight-cut outlet gives the rear quarter a different appearance from a dual-tip exhaust, with Chrome Silver and Diamond Black finishes available. The larger single tip is part of the chosen axle-back configuration; the complete system also includes AWE’s high-clearance BashGuard outlet for a different setup when the route calls for it.

Made for 2.3L and 2.7L Broncos

The single-exit 0FG fits the full-size sixth-generation Ford Bronco with either the 2.3L turbocharged engine or the 2.7L twin-turbo V6. Both two-door and four-door applications are supported through the supplied components. A length adapter bridges the wheelbase difference for four-door installations, while the two-door Bronco uses the shorter arrangement. This system is separate from AWE’s 3.0L Raptor exhaust. It does not fit the Bronco Raptor or the Bronco Sport.

Change to BashGuard for the Trail

AWE places a modular connection toward the rear so the tip section can be exchanged for the included BashGuard. With that section fitted, the outlet sits high and out of the way rather than projecting beside the rear tire. Its reinforced stainless ring is 0.125 inch thick. The arrangement lets you keep a prominent street-style outlet without committing to that outlet position on every trail. It requires changing exhaust components; there is no dashboard control that switches between the tip and BashGuard.

A Resonated Straight-Through System

The 0FG is a complete cat-back exhaust with a bespoke resonator in the midpipe. That resonator works with the straight-through route to produce the system’s exhaust tone. It is not a muffler-delete pipe, an intake upgrade, or a replacement turbocharger downpipe. AWE’s published testing reports gains at the wheels of 3 horsepower and 3 lb-ft for the 2.3L Bronco, and 4 horsepower and 3 lb-ft for the 2.7L Bronco. Individual results depend on the vehicle and test conditions.

Built Around Stainless Steel

The tubing is U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel, measuring 3 inches in diameter with a 0.065-inch wall. AWE manufactures the system in-house using CNC mandrel-bent sections. Locking collars on the hangers help resist exhaust movement during rough driving. For a side-exit installation, pay particular attention to the tip’s distance from the tire, body, bumper, and any aftermarket equipment. The finish choice changes the visual treatment of the outlet, not the underlying engine application.

What Arrives in the Kit

You receive the complete 0FG cat-back exhaust, the four-door adapter, a BashGuard outlet, the selected single tip, applicable brackets, and installation hardware. The 5-inch tip is included with the finish you order. AWE identifies the installation as bolt-on with no cutting required. Use the installation guide to select the correct engine and body adapters, position the sections, and tighten the clamps in sequence. Check clearance with the complete assembly aligned before treating the installation as finished.

Warranty for the Exhaust and Tip

AWE’s limited lifetime manufacturer-defect coverage applies to the exhaust tubing, welds, and flex sections for the original owner. The tip and its finish have separate one-year coverage, with cleaning requirements and exclusions. Ordinary wear, damage, improper installation, and off-road abuse are not converted into covered defects by the lifetime label. Retain proof of purchase and contact the original place of purchase before removing a system for a warranty claim.
