Dual Outlets for Your Bronco

The AWE 0FG Dual-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust gives the 2.3L or 2.7L Ford Bronco a balanced rear appearance with two 4.5-inch exhaust tips. Both outlets sit below the rear bumper, using double-wall, slash-cut tips rather than one large side outlet. Choose Chrome Silver or Diamond Black to suit the rest of your Bronco. Beneath the finish, the system uses a straight-through layout and a dedicated midpipe resonator to create AWE’s 0FG exhaust note.

Fitment for Both Door Configurations

This 0FG system is for full-size sixth-generation Ford Bronco models with the 2.3L turbocharged four-cylinder or 2.7L twin-turbo V6, including both two-door and four-door bodies. The included length adapter accommodates the longer four-door Bronco; the two-door installation does not use that extension. This is not the exhaust for the 3.0L Bronco Raptor, and it does not fit the Bronco Sport. Confirm the engine and body configuration before selecting the finish.

Trail Clearance When You Need It

The dual-tip layout does not lock your Bronco into a low rear outlet for every trip. AWE includes its BashGuard outlet with the 0FG system. The modular rear connection allows the axle-back section to be removed and replaced with the high-tuck BashGuard for additional clearance around obstacles. A reinforced stainless outlet ring measures 0.125 inch thick. This is a configuration change using the supplied exhaust sections, not an electronically operated retractable tip or an automatic adjustment.

Stainless Construction and Secure Hangers

AWE builds the exhaust from U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel with a 3-inch tubing diameter and 0.065-inch wall thickness. CNC mandrel bends help preserve the tube shape around the route under the Bronco. The system includes locking collars for the exhaust hangers to help control movement over rough ground. During installation, check the position of the tips and the clearance around the rear bumper, spare-tire area, suspension, and other nearby equipment before tightening the assembly.

Sound and Measured Performance

The midpipe resonator and straight-through design shape the sound without converting this system into a valved exhaust. Tip finish is an appearance choice; it does not add a different valve mode. AWE reports wheel gains of 4 horsepower and 3 lb-ft on its tested 2.7L Bronco, and 3 horsepower and 3 lb-ft on its tested 2.3L Bronco. Those are manufacturer test results, not guaranteed gains on every vehicle. The main reasons to choose this layout are its sound, dual-tip presentation, and changeable trail outlet.

Included Parts and Installation

The package includes the complete 0FG cat-back system, four-door length adapter, BashGuard, the selected pair of tips, applicable brackets, and installation hardware. AWE specifies bolt-on installation without cutting. Follow the supplied installation guide for the engine adapter, slip joints, clamps, and final alignment. Keep the system loose during initial positioning so the sections can be aligned together, then complete the checks and tightening in the prescribed sequence. No separate pair of tips needs to be added to this listing.

Lifetime Exhaust Warranty

AWE provides lifetime manufacturer-defect coverage on exhaust tubing, welds, and flex areas for the original owner. Tips and their Chrome Silver or Diamond Black finish have a one-year warranty, subject to maintenance requirements and exclusions. Lifetime tubing coverage does not mean impact damage or off-road abuse is covered. Keep the purchase documentation and start any claim with the original place of purchase.
