A: Yes. Torque the ring bolts in a star pattern during initial install, then re-torque after the first trail run. The ring can settle slightly under real-world load. After that, check every few trail runs.

Q: How low can I actually air down with beadlocks compared to standard wheels?
A: That's the whole point. With properly torqued beadlocks you can air down to single-digit PSI without the tire unseating. Standard wheels start risking bead unseating around 15 to 20 PSI on most tire and wheel combinations.

Q: Can a beadlock wheel be balanced the same way as a standard wheel?
A: It can be balanced but the heavy outer ring adds complexity. Many beadlock users prioritize off-road low-pressure performance over perfect road balance. A shop experienced with beadlocks handles the balancing correctly.

Q: Are beadlock wheels street legal in California?
