The THRET Offroad 706 Freeze is a cast aluminum wheel for the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford Bronco. THRET Offroad gravity-casts it with a 10-spoke concave face and a simulated beadlock ring on the outer lip. The ring gives it the beadlock look, but it mounts and balances like a standard wheel. The wheel is drilled for the Bronco's factory 6x139.7 bolt pattern, so it bolts straight on with no adapters.

Simulated Beadlock Lip

A true beadlock uses a bolted ring to clamp the tire bead so it stays seated at very low air pressure. The 706 Freeze ring is styling only and does not clamp the tire. That means no ring bolts to torque or check. If you plan to air down to very low pressure on the trail, the THRET Offroad 602 Maze is the true beadlock option.

Two Finishes

THRET Offroad builds the 706 Freeze in two finishes for the Bronco. Satin Black is a flat, low-shine black across the whole wheel. Satin Gray/Matte Black Lip pairs a flat gray face with a flat black ring around the edge.

Not every size comes in every finish. Pick your finish first. The size menu then shows only the sizes that finish comes in.

Sizes and Offsets

The 706 Freeze comes in 17x9, 18x9, and 20x9 for the Bronco. The 17x9 and 20x9 each come with a 0mm or +18mm offset. The 18x9 comes with a +18mm offset. Every size in the menu lists the wheel size, the offset, and the backspacing.

What Offset and Backspacing Mean

Offset is the distance between the center of the wheel and the face that bolts to your hub. It is measured in millimeters. A 0mm offset puts the mounting face right at the center of the wheel. A positive offset, like +18mm, pulls the wheel in toward the frame.

Backspacing is the distance from the mounting face to the inner edge of the wheel. It is measured in inches. The 0mm sizes have 5.0 inches of backspacing, and the +18mm sizes have 5.7 inches. A lower backspacing number puts more of the wheel outside the hub and gives a wider stance.

Tire size, lift height, and your trim's fender flares all change how much room you have. Check those before you pick an offset.

Fitment

The 706 Freeze uses the 6x139.7 bolt pattern that Ford uses on every 2021 through 2026 Bronco. The center bore is 106.1mm, which is larger than the Bronco hub. That means the lug nuts center the wheel on the hub. Hub-centric rings are an option if you want the hub to carry the centering job.

Each wheel carries a 2,500-pound load rating. The lug seat is a conical acorn and spline style. The wheel is DOT approved and works with factory TPMS sensors. A center cap is included with each wheel.

Confirm your offset and tire clearance before you order. Wheels are not accepted for return once a tire has been mounted.

Installation

A tire shop mounts and balances your tires on the 706 Freeze the same way it would on any standard wheel. The wheels then bolt to the Bronco with lug nuts that match the conical seat. Plan on about two hours for a full set, including mounting and balancing.
