Fitment

This rear bumper is built by Addictive Desert Designs for the 2021 Ford Bronco through the 2026 Ford Bronco, all trims except the Bronco Raptor. It's the matching rear half of the Krawler front bumper, sharing the same finish and design language.

Design

The design runs a low-profile build aimed at heavy trail use, with clearance angles built for rock crawling rather than just daily driving. Its shape stays tucked in tight to the body instead of hanging out past the rear fenders, which helps keep the departure angle close to what the factory bumper offers even with the added protection. It's made from modern plate steel and finished in a hammer black powder coat, with aluminum accent panels finished in satin black for contrast against the darker steel. The satin black accent panels are removable, so touching up a scratch after a rough trail day does not mean repainting the whole bumper.

Lighting

Two 3 to 4-inch round light mounts add supplemental rear lighting for low-light conditions on the trail, whether that's backing into a campsite after dark or navigating a technical section at dusk. These mounts are sized for common round light pod housings, so most aftermarket lights in that size range will bolt straight in without an adapter plate.

Recovery

Recovery is handled by two heavily reinforced clevis mounts that take 3/4-inch D-ring shackles, giving rated recovery points at the back of the truck instead of relying on anything factory. These mounts are welded into the bumper's structure rather than bolted on as an afterthought, so the load path runs through the same steel that makes up the rest of the bumper.

Electronics

This bumper keeps the factory tire mount and backup camera working, along with the factory hitch and trailer harness, so nothing needs to be relocated or disabled to keep those features functional after install. A license plate relocation bracket comes included, mounting directly to the tire carrier rather than to the bumper itself, which keeps the plate visible and legal even with a spare tire mounted. A third brake light extension bracket is also included, keeping that light visible to traffic behind you even with a spare tire up to 37 inches mounted on the carrier, since a larger spare can otherwise block the factory brake light's sight line.

Installation

Installation is a bolt-on job with no cutting or drilling required, running about 4 hours of shop time for a shop familiar with the platform, or closer to a full afternoon for a first-time DIY install.
