Fitment

This front bumper is built by Turn Offroad for the 2021 Ford Bronco through the 2026 Ford Bronco, both 2-door and 4-door. It fits every trim except the Bronco Raptor. It's a bolt-on part with no cutting or drilling into the frame. It does not fit the Ford Bronco Sport, since that model uses a different frame and mounting points entirely.

Design

The bumper is built from 3mm steel and finished in a micro-texture black powder coat that matches the rest of Turn Offroad's Bronco lineup. It weighs under 50 pounds, which is lighter than the factory modular steel bumper it replaces, so the front end doesn't pick up the nose-heavy feel that a lot of steel upgrades add. Turn Offroad vented sections of the bumper face to cut weight while still routing air to the intercooler, so engine cooling doesn't take a hit even with the lighter build. The approach angle opens up compared to the factory bumper, giving more room to clear rocks and ledges on the way up a trail.

Protection

A full skid plate is built into the bumper's structure rather than bolted on as a separate piece afterward. That keeps rocks, stumps, and trail debris on the approach from reaching the radiator support or steering components underneath the front end. Because the skid plate is part of the same structure, there's one less seam for debris to catch on compared to a bumper and skid plate sold as two separate parts.

Lighting Compatibility

The front face is designed around a 30-inch LED light bar, so there's no separate mount to buy or fabricate. Some product photos show amber side marker lights alongside the light bar, but those aren't part of the bumper and aren't included in the box; they'd need to be sourced and mounted separately if wanted.

Electronics

This bumper keeps every factory sensor working the way Ford built it. The one exception is Adaptive Cruise Control: Broncos equipped with it need the separate FB1-AC1 relocation kit, sold on its own, to keep the feature functioning correctly after the bumper goes on.

Installation

Installation is a straightforward bolt-on job with no frame modification, drilling, or cutting required. The factory mounting points line up with the new bumper, so a shop or a confident driveway install both work.
