Fitment

These fog lights are built by Morimoto for the 2021 Ford Bronco, the 2022 Ford Bronco, the 2023 Ford Bronco, the 2024 Ford Bronco, the 2025 Ford Bronco, and the 2026 Ford Bronco, but only on Broncos with the factory Standard or Capable front bumper. The HD Modular bumper, which many Badlands, Wildtrak, and Sasquatch-package Broncos come with, uses round fog light openings this housing does not fit, and the Bronco Raptor shares that same modular bumper shape. Check which bumper is on the truck before ordering. Standard and Capable bumpers use the factory square-cornered fog light housing this light bolts into, using the same stock mounting locations as the factory halogen unit.

Design

The housing is powder-coated cast aluminum, and the lens is UV-resistant polycarbonate. Three Nichia 5500K LED chips sit behind projector-based optics on each side, producing about 1,200 raw lumens per side and roughly 2,400 lumens combined once focused through the projector lens. The beam is built wide rather than narrow and deep, so it lights the road edges rather than reflecting fog back at the driver the way an overly bright, narrow beam can. The aluminum housing doubles as a heat sink for the LED chips and is built stronger than a plastic housing of the same size, while sealing the internals against moisture and road debris. An integrated height adjuster lets the beam get dialed in after install, and the input connector accepts an H11 male plug, matching the factory fog light circuit on the Bronco without an adapter.

Electronics

Each fog light plugs into the factory H11 connector. A plug-and-play connection kit is included with all necessary connectors, rubber seals, and pigtails, so no wiring gets cut or spliced anywhere in the install. The light meets SAE, DOT, and ECE regulations for road use, and the connector, seals, and pigtails included in the box are matched to the factory Bronco fog light circuit rather than a universal kit that needs modification to fit.

Installation

Installation is a direct bolt-in at the factory fog light opening, using the stock mounting locations and the included connection kit, with no cutting, drilling, or splicing required. Morimoto backs this fog light with a ten-year warranty.

The factory halogen fog light on a Standard or Capable bumper Bronco uses a plastic reflector housing and a bulb with a shorter service life than an LED chip. This housing trades that halogen bulb and plastic reflector for a projector-based LED setup in an aluminum housing, aimed at the same job of lighting the road edges in fog, rain, or snow.

This white-output model is also available with a factory-installed yellow output option using 3000K LED chips instead of the standard 5500K chips, listed separately. Each set weighs about 2 pounds and ships as a pair, one light per side, sized to fill the same opening the factory fog light already sits in without any trimming of the bumper or fascia.
