It is measured in inches. The -12mm sizes have 4.5 inches of backspacing. The +18mm size has 5.7 inches. Tire size, lift height, and your trim's fender flares all change how much room you have. The center bore is 106.1mm, which is larger than the Bronco hub. That means the lug nuts center the wheel on the hub.
